Tony VanBrackle, Chairman and Founder

Mr. VanBrackle serves as a Managing Member of Payment Ventures, LLC. based in the Washington, DC area. Tony’s career in the payments sector extends over three decades. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board for several industry-leading organizations, including Electronic Check Alliance Processing, Smart Pay Solutions and Solveras, which he founded in 2000. He serves as a Board Member for Phoenix Managed Networks and is a member of the Advisory Board for MicroVentures. He also serves on the boards of several other businesses, including Alpharank and CardFlight.


Jay Rosenblatt, Advisory Board Member

Mr. Rosenblatt has 30 years of technology, business development and operations experience, repeatedly creating and building new businesses serving a broad range of industries. 

Jay most recently served as CEO of Conduit Global, a $100MM international BPO. Prior to joining Conduit Global, Jay was the Founder & CEO of several companies, including RouteSource and Voyport. He was also part of the founding management team at Primus Telecommunications Group where he served in various executive capacities. He holds a B.S. in both Industrial Management and Managerial Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
