Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

About the Role

You’ll support day-to-day marketing execution while also spending part of your time on the phone connecting with prospective clients — a great fit for someone who is comfortable both behind the keyboard and on a call. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and a flexible work location. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Content

• Perform prospect research and create lead lists using social media platforms and existing, industry-specific subscription databases

• Assist the Marketing Team in the implementation of client-facing emails, newsletters, and event communications

• Support event-marketing for conferences and client appreciation events

• Help maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels

• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and VP of Marketing on campaign ideas and content calendars

• Track and report on marketing campaign performance

Outbound Prospect Calls

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Unified A/R solutions

• Qualify leads and gather key information to pass along to the sales team

• Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound interest with a phone touchpoint

• Maintain accurate records of outreach and prospect conversations in our CRM

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

• Comfortable and confident making outbound phone calls to prospects

• Strong writing skills, with an eye for clear, professional client communication

• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once

• Familiarity with B2B, wholesale distribution, or ERP/payments industries is a plus, but not required

• Experience with email marketing tools, social media platforms, and/or a CRM is a plus

Compensation

Commensurate with experience.
