1. AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE SMS MESSAGES
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box during account registration or login, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from Unified A/R (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the purpose of account verification and two-factor authentication (2FA).
2. TYPES OF MESSAGES
We will send you one-time passcode (OTP) messages only for the following purposes:
- Account registration and verification
- Two-factor authentication during login
- Password reset and account recovery
- Security alerts related to your account
- To authenticate for using saved payment methods on PayNOW and other Unified A/R sites
We will not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages through this service.
3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on your activity. You will receive an SMS only when you initiate a login, account registration, password reset, or other authentication action.
4. COSTS AND CHARGES
Message and data rates may apply. SMS charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge any additional fees for sending verification messages. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
5. OPT-OUT / HOW TO STOP
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message received from us
- Contacting us at support@gounified.com
- Updating your account settings to disable SMS verification
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. Please note that opting out of SMS verification may limit your ability to access your account if two-factor authentication is required.
6. OPT-IN / HOW TO RESUME
If you have previously opted out and wish to resume receiving verification messages, you may:
- Reply START to our messaging number
- Re-enable SMS verification in your account settings

8. SUPPORTED CARRIERS
SMS verification is supported on most major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary and we are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your phone number and related data are collected solely for the purpose of account authentication. We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. 10. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
SMS messages are provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for:
- Delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier or network issues
- Charges incurred from your mobile carrier
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from sharing your verification code with others
11. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page. Continued use of SMS verification after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
